When I'm three days into a race, on one hour's sleep, bloody, blistered and cold, the rain pouring down, I wonder what the hell I am doing. Then suddenly, the rain stops, the clouds lift and the view is awesome. I remember what I am doing and I do it some more!

Jon brings his experience in over 30 adventure races to HSE. After getting bored with endurance running four years ago, Jon embraced the sport of adventure racing. With several first place and plenty of top three results, Jon knows what it takes to push the competitive edge. A born leader and motivator, Jon loves to talk and teach all the facets of adventure racing. Jon also lends his exceptional and professional strengths in business operations and sales development to Hairy Scary Evolutions as its business operations manager.
